"Refund process really needs to be handled better"
I had to cancel my tour, getting the refund took way longer than it should have. Support did respond, but the answers were vague and didn’t really give me a clear timeline or explanation. I get that cancellations happen, but when someone’s plans have already changed, the company should be more upfront and take responsibility for keeping customers informed

"Not much wildlife to see"
I went in thinking, if it’s a wildlife tour, we’d at least spot a decent amount from the bus. But we only saw two birds the whole time. The guide kept saying we might see more later, so I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt, but by the end it felt like I should’ve trusted my first impression. Disappointing and felt like a wasted day.

"Nice stops, but the tour felt frustrating"
The places we visited were beautiful, but the tour itself was kind of disappointing. Our guide didn’t explain much and seemed rushed whenever we had questions, so it felt more like we were just being shuffled from one stop to the next. We also ended up waiting around more than I expected, which got frustrating after a while, especially when there wasn’t much communication about what was going on. Overall, the locations were worth seeing, but the experience felt flat because of how the tour was handled.

"Not worth the price at all"
I paid a lot for this tour and expected something much better. What we got felt average, and by the end I was questioning whether the company had oversold it just to get bookings. It definitely left me less inclined to trust their other tours

"We did this tour with our two kids..."
We did this tour with our two kids, it was a easy day overall!! The guide was really friendly, which I appreciated a lot, especially because the kids had about a million questions... and needed a couple of quick stops, of course!! We never felt like we were bothering anyone, which makes such a difference when you’re out as a family.
The bus was clean, comfortable enough, and the stops were actually really good for kids!! Everything felt simple and manageable, which is kind of all you can ask for sometimes. My only small complaint is that I wish we’d had a bit more time at one of the stops... it felt a little rushed there, and I would’ve liked to slow down for a minute!!
Still, it was a really nice day out!!! The kids were talking about it later, which is always a good sign. I’d definitely consider booking again, especially for an easy family outing where you don’t have to plan every little thing yourself!!

"The so-called support team was no help at..."
The so-called support team was no help at all. I kept getting ignored, then passed from one person to the next like nobody wanted to deal with it. Really frustrating experience.

"Bus could’ve been cleaner"
The bus just didn’t feel very clean... There were crumbs on the seats, the windows looked dirty, and I even had rubbish near my feet. It made the ride uncomfortable, which was disappointing. For what I paid, I expected the bus to be looked after a bit better!

The staff were nice and seemed to be trying, but the accessibility info was confusing and didn’t really answer what I needed to know. It kind of felt like maybe they don’t get asked about mobility needs very often, or the details just aren’t kept up to date. Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s a great choice if accessibility is a big concern

I felt like there were just way too many people on the tour. Maybe it’s just me, but it was hard to really enjoy the experience or hear everything with such a large group...

"Booking was such a hassle"
I tried booking a tour through the website it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were super slow, the payment part wasn’t clear at all, and after I paid I wasn’t even sure if the booking had actually gone through until later. That’s really stressful when you’re trying to plan a trip. What made it worse was there didn’t seem to be any real person to talk to either, just the website and automated stuff, which made the whole thing feel even more annoying. It all felt clunky and not very user-friendly. I wouldn’t book this way again

"Nice spots, but the schedule didn’t match what was promised"
The places we visited were nice, but the timing was annoying. The tour sounded like we’d have enough time to actually enjoy each stop, but in reality some places felt so rushed that we barely had a chance to look around or take a couple photos before being told to get back on the bus.
Then at other points we were just standing around waiting with not much to do, which made the whole day feel uneven and more tiring than it needed to be. The guide was friendly enough, but the schedule definitely didn’t live up to what was promised, and I expected it to be planned better.

Pretty disappointing overall. From the start, I just got the sense the guide didn’t really know much, and that feeling ended up being right. I was hoping for more helpful info, but it felt like they were mostly guessing.

"Food was disappointing"
The tour itself was fine, and I don’t really have any major complaints about that part, but the meal brought the whole experience down for me.
The food felt cheap and not all that fresh, and the portions were smaller than I expected. There also wasn’t much choice, so if you weren’t into what they served, you were kind of just stuck with it. When I mentioned it, I felt a bit brushed off, which made it more frustrating.
The staff were polite enough overall, so I’m not trying to be unfair, but for the price, I expected better. The meal side of things definitely needs work, and I’d probably think twice before booking again

"I mean, the tour itself might..."
I mean, the tour itself might be okay for some people, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the bus ride really wasn’t great for me. The seats felt tight and hard, and there was barely any leg room. After a while my back started hurting, and it kind of made the whole day feel longer than it should have.
The bus also felt a bit stuffy at times, and the ride wasn’t very smooth either. Maybe I just expected more for the price, especially since you’re sitting for such a long time, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t do it again. It just wasn’t a comfortable experience for me.

The views were really nice, so I wanted to enjoy it more than I did. But at the same time, it felt like we were always moving and didn’t get enough chances to stop and actually take it all in. Kind of a weird mix of beautiful scenery and a rushed, slightly boring experience...

I’m still mad about how badly this was planned. The schedule was a confusing mess from the start, and it felt like nobody bothered to think it through. We wasted so much time trying to figure out where we were supposed to be and when. The whole day was stressful instead of enjoyable, and I blame their poor planning for ruining it.

"Pretty disappointing tour overall"
This tour was a letdown. The bus showed up late, and once we finally got going, every stop felt rushed like we were just checking boxes. The guide seemed tired and not very interested, which didn’t help. They made it sound like we’d get this amazing, well-paced experience, but it was all vague promises and not much follow-through. The views were nice, sure, but definitely not worth what we paid.

Well... the emails I got from them were confusing, and I ended up having to ask twice just to get basic details. Even when they replied, the answers didn’t really explain much, which made the whole planning process way more stressful than it needed to be...

"I did the Pinnacles tour from Perth..."
I did the Pinnacles tour from Perth, and while the actual places we visited were really cool, the whole day just felt a bit more stressful than it needed to be. The driver was friendly enough (no complaints there), but the pickup in the CBD was confusing and not very clearly organized. The schedule also felt rushed, so it was hard to properly enjoy some of the stops. Lunch was okay at best (nothing terrible, just average). Overall, I’m glad I saw the Pinnacles, but for the price, I expected the tour itself to be run a bit better

Overall, it was a decent experience. The attractions were okay and we still had a nice time, but I do wish there were More options to choose from. It felt a little limited, so after a while there wasn’t much Else to do.
